Incredibly rude. Apparently if you fill out a contact form, on first contact you will be questioned on your legitimacy about purchasing an home and accused of trying to sell the agent a service. Can’t imagine beginning a conversation with a perspective client like this

We recently worked with Drew on the purchase of a lot in Scarborough. He was extremely helpful in facilitating the transaction and keeping things on track. When a conflict came up at the very end of the process, he was incredibly flexible and quick to coordinate with everyone to push our close date by a day, which we truly appreciated.
