Very disappointed with the decline in service and professionalism. Had my individual tax return done by a gum-chewing man who only informed me after we had completed the forms that he wasn't even Certified and would have to get his superior to review his work. Five weeks later and two phone calls, it STILL hasn't even been submitted to ATO. They readily take your money but don't provide good service.SHAME ON YOU.

Waste of time 🤬 unprofessional and can't answer a simple question about the alleged service they put me through. Withdrawn business and would not recommend...if I could put negative star I would

Used to be great, now a complete disappointment Drew Stephenson Accounting used to provide good service, but not anymore. They rarely answer emails, and it’s hard to get through on the phone. I booked a phone appointment three weeks in advance, and the accountant didn’t even bother to call. Don’t waste your time — they won’t help you, and at this rate, they’ll probably be out of business soon.

After being a faithful client for over 15 years, i won't be going back. I would now recommend to anyone to avoid at all costs. Drew Stephenson accounting was taken over a few years back and the service has continually declined since. "New" Owners blame existing staff for errors and then offer strategy meetings (at client expense) to cover up for their own inadequacies. Unfortunate, and a poor ending for a company with a trusted history and reputation.

Please avoid, having to go through name change and submitting multiple corrections to the ATO as this team refused to correct the tax forms they submitted. We informed them of the errors when we first reviewed and paid however it has been months of them ignoring us and now we have to work with the ATO as somehow this company was able to change people's names, details and addresses from incompetence.
