Current owner should not have been allowed to keep the respected name of Drew Stephenson. No comparison. Total disregard for clients. Advise you stay away from here. I didn't want to give even 1 star.

Name should be changed since under new owners. It’s disrespectful to offer such terrible service under Drew’s name when he, himself, actually cared about his clients.

Very disappointed with the decline in service and professionalism. Had my individual tax return done by a gum-chewing man who only informed me after we had completed the forms that he wasn't even Certified and would have to get his superior to review his work. Five weeks later and two phone calls, it STILL hasn't even been submitted to ATO. They readily take your money but don't provide good service.SHAME ON YOU.

Waste of time 🤬 unprofessional and can't answer a simple question about the alleged service they put me through. Withdrawn business and would not recommend...if I could put negative star I would

Used to be great, now a complete disappointment Drew Stephenson Accounting used to provide good service, but not anymore. They rarely answer emails, and it’s hard to get through on the phone. I booked a phone appointment three weeks in advance, and the accountant didn’t even bother to call. Don’t waste your time — they won’t help you, and at this rate, they’ll probably be out of business soon.
