Please avoid, having to go through name change and submitting multiple corrections to the ATO as this team refused to correct the tax forms they submitted. We informed them of the errors when we first reviewed and paid however it has been months of them ignoring us and now we have to work with the ATO as somehow this company was able to change people's names, details and addresses from incompetence.

I don’t like leaving reviews like this and I hoped that after giving them a second chance they would prove to me that my initial experience was not a true reflection of the way they practice but sadly that wasn’t the case. If you want an Accountant that return your calls, messages or emails, go elsewhere. If you want advice from an Accountant in a prompt (within a week) manner, go elsewhere.

Have used Drew to lodge tax returns for my partner and I for the past three years. Drew and his team are very professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Drew has excellent turn-around times, with my taxes often lodged within a couple of days of our meeting. He is easy to reach and provided advice on a number of occasions regarding tax queries throughout the years. I would and have recommended him a number a times to colleagues.
