I lived there from early 2007 to late 2008 and had an excellent living experience til my room mate and I went our separate ways. It's perfect for someone who needs to get to North Station (commuter rail line is right there) or you can get to South Station easily with bus route that starts at the edge of the apartment grounds. The environment is always kept especially clean; they have landscapers come on a regular basis to trim the grass and everything.
