Drew Patrick is Heaven on Earth from their peaceful environment to the wonderful staff. They honor their package deals, make the best smoothies and have very cool items to give for gifts.
We as long islanders endured alot during superstorm sandy. And we as long islanders stuck together to get through. Many are still without homes . To turn away someone who lost just about everything she owned is ridiculous. The gift card was paid in full therfore she deserves the full amount of service not half ! I will never step into your spa again ! Word will get around quickly !
Instead of doing the right thing for one customer you have lost many. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement and after what I just read you will never have my or many other people's business.
