Doc was rude, office manager was rude. The ladies who did my Xrays and scans were the only ones who were pleasant. Waited over two hours and walked out after doc wanted to cause a confrontation between patient and office staff. Very unprofessional. I was warned by many to stay clear of this place. The have stuff all over their office about reviews.. Maybe you should act better if you want those good reviews.
I had an appointment today, March 15, 2024 to get some dental work done Aspen dental failed to call me And confirm I showed up to my appointment at 9 o’clock. They rescheduled me for a month later April 18 2024 because they said, I didn’t call them to confirm what!!! You call me to confirm I’m the patient not you!, anyway Aspen dental been paid upfront for my Dental work, I can’t believe they did this to me! Who ever was supposed to call me Is ridiculous and needs to do their job or go find a new one. What a joke!
