Extremely unprofessional experience with Dr. Horlbeck’s & office staff. This issue began with insurance and billing confusion. My mother did not receive a promised callback from Heather regarding an out-of-pocket price, so I called to help. I was met by Amber, who was reluctant and dismissive. She provided a price herself, and only afterward did Heather conveniently call back at which point we were told the procedure had already been cancelled. Dr. Drew Horlbeck himself is fantastic and amazing doctor! I he only other doctor that compared to him was Dr. Jay Roberts and he’s retired! That being said the people that answer his phones and return phone calls? horrible! their phone etiquette is even worse. You can leave multiple messages. It takes forever to get a phone call back, only to be told that I couldn’t schedule an appointment because of a bill that I didn’t know I had and that I had to contact a different company and jump through hoops and then call back leave... read more
He is the most caring, professional and friendly Specialist. He is extremely knowledgeable. I recommend him highly. He goes above and beyond for his patients.
I have found Dr. Horlbeck to be a great physician. The hearing aid department has been a problem from the start and the staff is very abrupt with the answers. I had to pay $200 to have my hearing tested and registered in the system I was told they would do yearly adjustments for that fee. That particular hearing person has left and she seemed to be doing me a favor by seeing me. Now no one an answer what the charge will be for a hearing aid adjustment.
