NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! Drew Kralich canceled my policy after my wife hit a pole (fairly minor) and I suffered a hit and run this past summer. I thought it was kinda unfair but whatever. Its november now and they are still sending me correspondence like I am still a member. Its just adding insult to injury now. Would not recommend.
I have had State Farm insurance for several years now and I am with the Drew Kralich agency in Round Rock Texas. The staff has always provided excellent customer service whenever I call or come by. Specifically, I have worked with Jessica Wham on many occasions and I have always gotten the answers I need. She is very knowledgable and helpful whenever I call with an insurance concern or problem. State Farm is lucky to have her as an employee! Keep up the great work Jessica!
