I had a haircut and blow dry done by autumn last week and i feel so beautiful! She was warm and welcoming and talked to me the whole time. I felt very heard throughout the process and left feeling great! I’ll be back soon.

I had a bad experience at Drew James Aveda on Wednesday, August 27, and left feeling really upset. I even wrote a review about it. However, the very next morning, the general manager, Camila, personally reached out to me and invited me back in so she could make things right. I truly appreciated the effort and care. When I came back, Alyssa took the time to carefully fix what had been done to my hair (she wasn’t the original stylist) and made sure I walked out happy this time. I am one of Autumn's returning clients from when she worked at the Hollywood salon! I've been going to her for three years and have only ever gotten good haircuts from her. I highly recommend going to her :)
