HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Quoted a price then changed it at the last minute after they "looked up the vin #". Brandon said "i'm gonna give you a safe driving discount". He didn't give us anything after we signed up and paid a day or two later he sent the link for the 8hr online defensive driving course that had to be finished in 30 days to qualify for the discount he was GIVING us.
