Dr. Cornwell walked out in the middle of my appointment when I was describing my improvements with diet, saying “you tell me about this every visit.” I then received a letter discharging me from his practice for my “behavior”, with no other explanation. I still don’t understand why he was rude to me, or what was inappropriate about my behavior.
