I bought my house and did a complete remodel on my house in 2008. It was absolutely beautiful and he appraised it 25k less then I bought it for. The deal needed up falling through over him. Another couple ended up buying it and the bank used a different appraisal company and the price was right where it was supposed to be. I won’t ever allow him in my house ever again. This company is a joke.
