Dr. Freilich is excellent! First of all, he did an awesome job with my kidney stone procedure and follow-up. He's also effectively helping me with other issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Dr. Drew is compassionate. He listens to the patient and responds to all questions.
Office staff is extremely rude. Does not call back after leaving voicemail. Your #2 button to schedule does not work and no one ever answers unless you press another number. Once you get that staff on the line they are rude. So much so I was wary of booking an appt with this office 1. Because no one answers the scheduling line so you’ll never be able to contact anyone going forward 2. Because your staff is rude and generally unhelpful. Clearly you’re not short staffed as someone answers every other line. Ridiculous at best!!
My apologies, but this review is long overdue. Dr. Freilich literally saved my life! I was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer about three years ago and ended up needing a bone marrow transplant. I had been suffering for about a year when I finally landed in his office. Dr. Freilich was the only doctor who paid attention to my symptoms and insisted that I get an MRI. Dr. Freilich and his staff are amazing. From my diagnosis, through my procedure, and even after care, I was always treated well. Dr. Freilich always explained everything thoroughly and gave me options. Always pleased with my visits. Thank you all for everything you do.
