We paid a deposit on a grad dress in December. The dress had not arrived even though we had even been told it was in a shipment being delivered the week before Easter. I eventually contacted the dress distributor who informed me that my daughter's dress had not been shipped because they had not been paid. Long story short, the dress isn't coming. I have made arrangements with Chic Distributions and they have been wonderful to deal with. Any other parent, grad or bride should reach out to them as they are willing to help.

I stopped in to try on one dress to see what the neckline looked like on me. I didn’t need a consultant to get me dresses or anything it would be a quick 5 min put a dress on see if I like it. Well the girl there was so rude and disrespectful she got snappy at me and said I had to come back in 3 hours to try on one dress cuz they were booked yet I could see an open change room. My whole family felt unwanted so we just left. Never going back he girl didn’t even great us upon entry and had an attitude.
