Laughable customer service, rudest business I've ever come in contact with. This shop will take your money and not deliver a dress. Stay away. She'll claim she offered solutions, but they aren't to help the customer. Fraud fraud fraud.
Initially she was great to work with and it felt wonderful to support a local business! The shop is quaint. Decked out with a zebra mirror area, hot pink decorations and a hint of French-styling. It's located in an area not known by most people, but it's just outside of Robinson and easy to find with Google Maps. My Experience: The reason I chose her was because I wanted a custom wedding dress. It wouldn't be easy to find find anyone else willing to make a lace dress colored in green perfect for me. Her customized dresses with minor alterations is a lie. Our dresses came with a size tag and 5 inches too long. My hem cost $70 and then $25 to tighten a strap. Very shady and expensive.
