Two of the consultants are very rude and unprofessional. She (manager) got annoyed when she told our consultant that my sister was ready to "re-try" her first dress. I advised that she definitely was not ready and still picking out and trying dresses on...that's when she rolled her eyes and took another consultant to the side and started whispering about us. Not okay and I will make sure my sister finds a dress at another local shop. Reni's bridal shop was wonderful!!!
