Very disappointed in the highlight from Brooke. My hair was brassy and still had dark roots after the highlight. I sent a picture of the brassy hair and dark roots the next day to show the results and her suggestion to me was to use purple shampoo. After paying $300 for a highlight, I should not have to use purple shampoo the very next day. I would not recommend her and will not be returning.
