I had been a patient at this office and normally saw Dr Runkle, who has since retired(i believe). Because of that, I saw Dr. Howard when I came in with severe pain from a molar where a filling had fallen out and an infection had developed pretty deep. Unfortunately, I left very disappointed with the experience. I had been in significant pain and had barely slept for several days, and I did not feel that the severity of what I was experiencing was met with much compassion or concern. Scared of the dentist office is an understatement. I have severe dental anxiety and this office put my fears at ease. Uschi was my hygenist and she was outstanding! She talked me through the entire thing and was very positive and helped me stay calm. Dr.Howard was also very kind , gentle and addressed all my concerns. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had at a dental office.
