Once admitted to Center all was well. Caring, attentive providers on all levels. Security staff thorough, supportive and pleasant. The hardest part is getting back to them when loved one is resistant. Thankfully, the Willingboro Police Officers have been taught very well and how to firmly take control of these situations, and for that I am grateful.
I was admitted here through the emergency room at night and sat in a hallway for 17 hours without seeing anyone except for a nurse, who was nice. I didn't get to speak with a clinician until late the next day and the referrals that she gave me weren't operating anymore. On top of all of this, I had to ask three times for water from different people and they didn't give me anything to eat until I said something and didn't give me my antidepressant even though they had confirmed proof that I was prescribed it.
