I found the explanation of establishing. "standing" in my case a grandmother trying to get custody or guardianship of her 8 year old grandchild that has resided in my home her whole life very interesting, a little scary, but I think very doable. Now I will take my next step as it is not fair that I have done everything as my son was 15 and mother was 16 at Birthday time. Somebody had to step up! Now I would legal rights for obvious reasons. Wish me luck!
