Outstanding, highly experienced, great personality, extremely knowledgeable pediatrician. Dr. Ella does everything buy her self. She is a REAL MEDICAL DOCTOR ! My three kids love her very much. She is like a part of our family.
Best dr ever and her staffs are wonderful and very helpful.
To be fair the doctor is very sweet and knowledgeable. But her staff who you have to deal with for everything else is completely disrespectful and I haven't seen any worse than this in any doctor's office. I never saw anyone in the reception yell at the customer who has a sick child and calls for a sick visit. I never saw an office refuses to give medical records. And to call and ask for information, I was told multiple times that they're doing something else and can't help me.
The front staff here as well as the manager are disgusting people with horrible morale.
If I could give zero stars I would. The staff here lacks morale and ethics. They lack class and professionalism. The front desk person I encountered was the bottom of the barrel. Liars with uneducated lacking vocabulary.
Anyone looking for a GREAT Pediatrician can stop looking. Dr. Mezheritsky is remarkable. Se is kind and gentle and sincerely cares for her patients. She is also excellent with parents. Reassuring every step of the way. Goes out of her way to make sure the parent is as happy as the patient. Love, love, love her and would recommend her to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
Me and my wife rush from work to bring our 5 year old son to see Dr.Eleonora with an intensive ear pain. The biller that looks like the doctor husband didn't allow us to see the doctor until the copay was paid. We are talking about $75 dollars, which I had to retrieve from the bank because they don't use a credit card reader. He was very rude to my wife and refuse medical care to my son. Lucky to us that now we have the Urgent care offices open until 9 pm. Stay away.
I started taking my girls to this dr. And she is very diligent in her check ups. She does not rush you she asked questions and spend the time making sure everything is check before letting you go.
Best doctor in Queens! She takes the time To listen and really understand the problem..so helpful with my children..love her!
