Terrible experience. Gave me an estimate and then doubled it. Wish I had checked reviews. Many 1 star reviews.
What am amazing company from answering my questions to being very professional ... They not only packed & brought my stuff to storage but brought bigger stuff to a home for me.... If I ever move again they for sure will be the ones I call the movers were in a great mood very nice & professional thank u so much for taking such great care of my things
The movers themselves were very professional and did a good job. The issue was the price estimate was not even close to the final bill. Over double the estimate. I can understand some things may come up, but that is far from an appropriate way of doing business. We contacted the company several times and response was slow to address and they finally said that the bill is what it is. I would not use them in the future as I have no idea of what I would be paying unless I take their quote and double it. Very poor attitude... read more
