I was 17 when I went for my checkup. The dentist noticed I had to get a couple of fillings and the dentist had to put a numbing shot in my mouth. When he did it, I accidentally said a bad word because it hurt and he threatened me with the needles like I was a small child said “Do you want another one?!” My mouth was swollen, he did his thing and left before I could say anything (which I couldn’t.) I filed an HR report and the nurse that was there denied it ever happened so nothing was done. Traumatizing.

I got on time on my appointmentWaited for an hour and 30 .doctor was rude awnsering questions with attitude . wont recomend this place the doctor acts like he dont need ypur business.
Staff if awesome, but as for the actual doctor I wouldn't recommend he's the rudest person ever! Not going back again.
Dr Drefke has been my dentist for 30 years. I'm always satisfied with the quality of care and the efficiency of the work. Most recently, I went for my semiannual cleaning. I was brought into the hygiene area at the exact time of my appointment. The hygienist did a thorough job, including taking new X-rays. When she was done, Dr Miller came in—in less than one minute—to do a quick exam. The whole procedure took 30 minutes.
