Drees made our experience awully terrible. This company made us TERMINATE our contract. Ongoing errors, ignoring us as the customers , continuous failure of delivering simple customer service. Drees made us to stop even thinking about building our dream house. 4 months of paperwork after we signed contract with Drees and we even haven't had appointment with subcontractor/builder. Great customer service up until your home is done and you move in. Drees doesn't seem to take pride in the condition of their neighborhood during construction. Overflowing dumpsters, garbage blowing through the neighborhoods and mudd all over the roads.
