Guy named Keith basically left us sitting in the office seating area and never came to address us. Left the door unlocked but once he was done with an appointment he kicked us out of the seating area with my daughter and wife stuck sitting in the car to wait. The guests treated us rudely as the guy still tried to push his business card after the way he acted.
My husband and I stopped to see the model home. Since we did not have an appointment, we did not mind waiting for Keith to become available. When he finished a tour through the home, he came into the waiting room and said, "I guess they didn't leave." He then stated that he had an appointment. He did not want us to wait in the waiting room area. After being blatantly rude, he still wanted us to take his business card.
