Good exterior home design concept, beautiful growing neighborhood. I asked about sound Proofing, not sure they do anything about that.
Homes are nice but in my opinion too expensive for what you get. Whatever home price you're thinking about, add approximately 25-30k to get it to look anything like the model. Also, you're not allowed to add a pool so you'll have to use their community center. Deal breaker for me. I want to add a backyard pool where ever I end up. Nice houses though.
