This is really for the decision makers at Drees. The people that we have encountered were very nice. They were also very confused. We spoke and asked same question numerous times and got a different answer. It took us well over 6 months to decide which lot and which plan to go with. Beautiful community with great neighbors. Get in on the continued development.
Constant problems since we moved into our home in April. Construction manager seems incompetent and warranty/customer service sucks. To get issues fixed has been like pulling teeth! Often times when they say someone will be there to fix it no one shows up and no one lets us know they are not going to show up. Then when this happens the construction manager attempted to fix the issues themselves and did not fix it correctly or even messed it up more.
