They refused to fix my lawn. They never plugged in my dishwasher. They are untrustworthy. If you see something wrong do not sign the contract for closing until they fix everything.
Awesome builder! Well built homes! They built my sister Iris Joyces' home on Orchard Creek Rd in 2015 in Middleburg & I watched it built from the ground up.
A neighborhood you would love to call home
Rating a 3 only because I love my home. As far as customer service I wouldn’t give a 1. They rush you into signing a contract all details are not giving to you as far as what you can do to the home. My sells rep was moved to another location. Through out the process questions were not properly answered. Major surprise when talking to neighbors and they have the same opinions about the rep.
