This community has a very strict ARB and Drees was able to manage the expectations successfully. It seems that by now Drees has “oiled the machine” and the projects are moving on schedule. Corbett Landing is in a great location and I like that it’s a medium-size community with pool, clubhouse & fitness. Drees’ floorplans and features give a lot of value for the price. Working with Mary Jo has been a pleasure - she is on top of things and is an excellent communicator.
