I would avoid working with Bruce Peterson. The home was listed at $649,000, yet 9 days later he presented me with a price of $659,990 and became defensive when questioned about it. His tone over the phone was dismissive and unprofessional, and the entire experience lacked the transparency you’d expect during a major purchase. Buyers deserve clear communication and respect — I didn’t get that here.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. We were prepared to purchase a home at the listed Zillow price, completed our pre-approval, and were fully ready to move forward. However, the selling agent made the process extremely uncomfortable.
