We went to see this model home and the Sales Rep was sitting at her desk and there was no one else in the model home, and the worse part was she never even greeted us. We waited for a few minutes to see if she would at least acknowledge our presence and ask us anything. My floors were damaged due to maid service cleaning wood floors with a lot of liquid. My floors have been damaged. My entire house has wood floors. Out of a goodwill gesture, they will replace 80 of them. Yes we had inspectors, but they spot checked areas, not under furniture, rugs etc. I now get to pick 80 of my worst boards. Do I just pick the big ones and leave the little ones messed up? I would think if a builder messes up your floors, they should fix them.
