I could not in good conscience recommend Drees Custom Homes to any potential new home buyer. Move-in was Feb 2023. This was the worst build experience we have ever gone through (we have gone through a few). Most of the issues centered around a lack of project management and very poor workmanship. So many items had to be redone. We have been paying external vendors to have items corrected. Drees has nice looking designs; however, based on my experience, that is where the compliments end.
If you’re new to Texas and looking for a beautiful custom builder….keep Drees in mind! They will be building our next home! I stop by their new model home once a week to get more decorative ideas and to dream of what our next home will look like! Stop in and take a look!
The Salesmen knows his stuff. The home was amazing. I think what caught my attention, was the details. And the brand really is about that Custom Experience.
