Do not purchase a home from Drees, terrible home hand over experience and go forward fixes and management of the home. Took forever to get fixed done after close, most personnel were dismissive as an attempt to avoid spending money. Many homeowners in my cup de sac had issues with Drees, including a large number experiencing remediation issues and being out of their homes for long periods. Very frustrating overall, can’t consciously recommend this builder when there are so many better ones out there.

Dozens of major issues with our home (not talking paint chips or misses although we have those too). Poor communication across the board. Despite supposed mold remediation, mold was still found during our final walkthrough by us, the buyer. Major rusting on the driveway and above windows despite moving in less than 4 months ago. The neighbors are fantastic however we have had major issues with our Drees home. Immediately after moving in we started experiencing electrical issues, when you run the vacuum all lights in the home stay dim and you can’t run two kitchen appliances at once, then over the course of two years we have lost a dryer, multiple appliances, dehumidifier, air handler, circuit board due to the massive electrical issues in this home.
