This place is a free for all and no one seems to know what’s going on. It’s always “ I’ll call you tomorrow” blah blah blah and crickets. If the front office is clueless I wonder if the doctors are clueless as well. Or maybe the doctors don’t care. Ownership needs to look into this before they start losing customers. I will for sure look for another office. Hope this review helps others in their future decisions.
Have been waiting 2 months for a warranty frame and still nothing, was approved by front desk that she got approval from her manager to change to a different frame (which we chose an Oakley pair ) and she confirmed twice that the store would comp for our troubles. We were told frames would be here in a week. A week later, nothing and now they are stating they never said they would comp. Will not return here once I get frames. Make sure you record everything! I do when it comes to people making promises!
Dreamworks is an excellent eye care company to go to. They are very professional and the name brand eye glasses are a very reasonable price.
Dreamworks Eyecare &Vision has been our family's optometrist for 5 years!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! $reasonably priced $. Highly recommend.
Please be aware you need to reach to the appointment 5 mins early from the time its scheduled they will not let you know when setting the appointment. If you are not 5 mins early they will happily and sarcastically inform you their policy after reaching. From the front staff tone they do not need new patients nor your business. Not sure how the doctors are but front staff needs some training to mention these when scheduling a new patient.
