Everyone was so upbeat and kind, professional and respectful of time.
My experience with Rosa, the manager at Dreamworks Vision, has been really disappointing. She is usually sitting in her chair and doesn’t come over to help even when she knows my situation and that I need assistance. It often feels like she isn’t interested in supporting customers or employees who need help. Whenever she speaks to me, she comes across with an attitude and is often rude, which makes the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. The nice lady at the front desk repaired my snapped nose pad and replaced the other one all for free. I couldn't make it out to my regular eye place so this was such a great service. Thank you!!!
