Dreamworks builds a solid custom home at very reasonable prices. We purchased in 2020. David was very accessible and easy to deal with questions and any minor issues. Great floor plan and fantastic finishes. Blows the comparable competition away!
We haven't purchased yet due to the economy price hikes but going through floorplans, options and locating a neighborhood we want to be in was smooth. My wife and I found David easy to work with and had great options. We especially like the detail and craftsmanship he puts in to his homes.
We have been our new home for 4 months and continue to be extremely happy with the quality, responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail of David and Dreamworks homes! He as the owner and builder was very easy to work with, flexible with our schedules and readily available! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better home building experience!
The owner and builder for Dreamworks Construction in Oklahoma City, David Raof, does a lot of things well on his custom homes, but he misses the mark completely when it comes to honesty, quality assurance and following through on his promises, including not completing all items that the 1-year warranty should cover.
