0 stars if I could. I brought my brand-new car through this Zips location and the wash broke my windshield. I immediately reported the damage in the parking lot, filed a claim, and followed every step they instructed. Zips won’t even show me the footage of the wash — but still refuses to cover any of it. I had to pay out of pocket for a full windshield replacement, including ADAS recalibration.
I just want to give props to Roderick and Destin. Wow! The level of customer service is unbelievable! They both went above and beyond. Destin was so receptive to what I was looking for and so kind. I will be back!!
Roderick was great. Great customer service. I wish they would add a few young men who would vacuum your car for you when you really don’t feel up to it. That would be great
