Today was a day that my wife and I had been waiting for, for years. After months of trying to obtain finance, Sean Hill weaved his magic and made our dream a reality. After so many set backs, it was the supreme initiative of Sean who got us Igor our new home. There are so many people that can sell a new home, but we can say they Sean was able to sell us a home, AND have enough interest to help us find the best finance appropriate to our needs. Highly recommend this company.
Our experience so far with Dreamstart Homes has been excellent. Our pre-start consultant Craig Poole couldn't have been more helpful. Guiding us through the process of choosing the right house design to fit our block size, happy to answer questions day or night, coming back to us quickly with updates and answers. His knowledge, advice and support have made what can be a stressful process relatively stress free. He continues to check-in regularly with us, first class customer service!
"Avoid Dream Start at all costs. We are dealing with wet walls every single day because they didn't even provide an exhaust fan in the bathroom. It’s unbelievable that a professional builder would cut such basic corners. Their lack of attention to detail is appalling and has turned our new home into a damp mess."
