My mom ordered topsoil for her flower bed. He charged for twice the amount that he brought and he brought dirt clay that needed a sledgehammer to break it - not topsoil. My mom brought this up with Josh and he didn't fix it. She ended up going to ACE and bought top soil herself which they delivered and saw the dirt clay that Dream landscape delivered. He's friendly, but not honest and advice would be to not use him for any landscaping services.
