I was very disappointed with my experience with Dreamscape Ponds. The prices are extremely high for the level of service provided. The quality of the work is inconsistent, and there have been times when the pond cleaning was not completed thoroughly, leaving me feeling like the job was rushed. I was disappointed with my experience with Dreamscape Ponds. In my opinion, some of the replacement parts used for pump repairs and other fixes appeared to be older or reused rather than new. I also felt that the pond cleaning service was not as thorough as I expected, as the pond did not seem completely clean after the work was finished. Communication and overall quality did not meet my expectations. I hope they improve their attention to detail and the quality of the materials used in future jobs.
I have been using Dreamscape Ponds for a few years now, and I could not be more pleased. Their workers are professional, competent, and their work is beautiful and thorough. Highly recommended!
So extremely happy that I found Dreamscape Ponds - I truly wish I had found them last April as I had Country View Landscaping put in my waterfall feature, but they left me with a leaking pond since last November! Carlos and Jose found the leak, and reconstructed the pond this summer. The result is FAR superior than the original! They are very responsive, which has been a great relief.
