Terrible experience. Charged me $600 to fix a leak without success. Then, another $4k to replace the pond liner, filters and a few small boulders to "fix it". When you look close, the work is shoddy at best. I'm still losing an inch of water a day, liner is exposed with black and yellow exposed foam throughout. They also reused the old broken filter top and waterfall stones and then no showed 2x for follow up appointments to address.
After a lot of research we chose Dreamscape to re-do our 27 year old pond. Every single aspect of the project exceeded our expectations! From the initial consultation to the pricing proposal and lastly to the end result everything was outstanding. I was very disappointed with my experience with Dreamscape Ponds. The prices are extremely high for the level of service provided. The quality of the work is inconsistent, and there have been times when the pond cleaning was not completed thoroughly, leaving me feeling like the job was rushed. Scheduling can also be a problem, with delays and communication issues making it difficult to know when work will actually be completed. I was disappointed with my experience with Dreamscape Ponds. In my opinion, some of the replacement parts used for pump repairs and other fixes appeared to be older or reused rather than new. I also felt that the pond cleaning service was not as thorough as I expected, as the pond did not seem completely clean after the work was finished. Communication and overall quality did not meet my expectations. I hope they improve their attention to detail and the quality of the materials used in future jobs.
I have been using Dreamscape Ponds for a few years now, and I could not be more pleased. Their workers are professional, competent, and their work is beautiful and thorough. Highly recommended!
