very helpful and had the polymeric sand I wanted in stock
People that work there are helpful but the echo lawnmower I purchased from them has carburetor issues. Apparently there's plastic plugging something up and a new carburetor won't be available for 3 months. Meanwhile my mower runs worse every time I use it,probably permanently damaged so I suggest not to buy one.
Awesome people, great customer service and professional.
