Run far far away!! Dont be fooled by Toms charisma. This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. It all started with paver selection. The company is absolutely no help whatsoever in picking pavers unless you want the Eagle Bay pavers they are pushing. Tom then failed to order the selected pavers in a timely fashion. He sat at my kitchen table and said everything was in stock and took a $7000 payment. Two weeks later he texts stating some of our paver selections are no longer available. This is the second time I've used Dreamscapes and the work they do is fantastic. Prior project was to install a paver patio and this one was to install artificial turf and garden beds. Communication was excellent and workers were meticulous and did a great job.

After I contacted them, they came to see and hear my concerns about the erosion control in the back yard. They offered several designs and suggestions from a very elaborate plan to an economical one. I went with the lower one with options to supplement at another time. I got a preliminary drawing and we discussed the type of plantings, steps and lighting to be implemented. When the work started, it was constant and efficient and was finished in the 4 day estimate. Great work, professional and affordable.

Great service and follow through. O/O Mr. Rozier goes out of his way to ensure his customers are pleased with the end result. Products are picture perfect. Additionally, the customer service is very professional, courteous, and provides immediate feedback appointments or any changes. I would highly recommend Dreamscape Designers.

We are sorry your shrubs did not survive. The shrubs required a lot of water as they were installed during very hot weather. When they perished we replaced them as soon as we could get the replacment plants from our supplier. We have your additional shrubs on order to replace as soon as they arrive.
Could not get them to respond to my frequent phone calls even after giving them a down payment of $2500.00 three months ago. No work was ever done. This is not a way to run a business !

The work has not been completed yet as the client keeps changing the scope of the project. We have revised the original plan to the client's specifications and are in the process of scheduling the work, once we get the client's approval.
