Bad experience upon arrival. Checked into our room. The smell was unbearable. Like mold and I honestly couldn't believe they wouldn't have known something so obvious. Upon telling one of the staff members, he walked into and immediately ackowledged. So as he went to get things fixed for us, we sat in the room waiting without unpacking bags. We'll over 1.5 hrs passed and I had to walk to the desk and asked what the issue was. They were clueless. At this point I had enough and they knew it. This was the most amazing vacation. We stayed in preferred (which I highly recommend) and it was amazing. Jose was our Butler and I wish i could bring him back to the states with us. He was so nice and on top of everything. I can't remember the name of the room service girl but she was the sweetest. She set up our breakfast like a buffet for my kids and they loved it!!! Overall it was a great stay!
