All the text updates prior to pickup were great. Alvin was awesome! Super friendly, easy to work with. He was great to all my guests. Cleaned up during every stop. Could not have asked for more!
We -last minute- rented a sprinter van for my sister's 21st since it was a smaller group of us. Booking was a breeze, and cost wise it wasn't too bad either! The van was BEAUTIFUL, and definitely nicely kept. Our driver Alvin was wonderful, kind and helpful when one of our girls lost her ID at the last bar we 100% will rent from them again for future events! Thanks for a great night!
BUYER BEWARE… This company is untrustworthy and unprofessional. Booked for a bachelorette party bus and had the most frustrating experience. They operate under multiple phone numbers and possibly multiple names, which is already concerning and confusing but that's fine. At the end of the ride, the 2nd half of payment is due. When I asked about updating my card through the app!… the driver said he’d take care of it with Jake and took asked to take a photo of my card.. We had an amazing experience renting the Castle Bus for 9 hours—it was the perfect addition to our celebration! From the moment we stepped on board, everything exceeded our expectations. The bus was clean, spacious, and had great lighting and sound to keep the party going the entire time. Our driver was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the day.
