BUYER BEWARE… This company is untrustworthy and unprofessional. Booked for a bachelorette party bus and had the most frustrating experience. They operate under multiple phone numbers and possibly multiple names, which is already concerning and confusing but that's fine. At the end of the ride, the 2nd half of payment is due. When I asked about updating my card through the app!… the driver said he’d take care of it with Jake and took asked to take a photo of my card.. We had an amazing experience renting the Castle Bus for 9 hours—it was the perfect addition to our celebration! From the moment we stepped on board, everything exceeded our expectations. The bus was clean, spacious, and had great lighting and sound to keep the party going the entire time. Our driver was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the day. We booked the Castle Dreamliner for our company party of 24. It was perfect! Everyone loved the decor, our driver, Jose, was so patient, kind, professional and right on time-everytime, and Justin and April were so easy and organized to work with during the planning process. I also own a small business, so I can have high standards for customer service, and these guys totally delivered!

Alvin drove us for my 30th birthday party and it was an absolute blast and he was the best! Dreamliner came through for our last minute request and we can’t thank them enough. Definitely will be using them again!
