I went to see a house that was just recently listed and whoever worked on the house should find a different trade. The countertop was falling apart and taped up, the part of the bathroom was completely gutted and not even underlayment put down just a piece of plywood. The flooring was spongy because the staples missed the floor joist so there's nothing holding down the underlayment, the basement was gutted and all the screws are still in the walls and ceiling. Just a piss poor job.
Will not recommend. Water leakage on first floor from ceiling. Water issues. Horrible.
I went to shower upstairs and the water started shooting out the knob. It wouldn't turn off. This caused leaking on the 1st floor. So I had to turn off the entire water system and now no one can use any water. Currently waiting for a response. Will update.
