I went in asking for a chestnut brown hair color, and the stylist told me she could do it without using bleach. I trusted her, but the end result looked exactly the same as my original hair color absolutely no difference. When I pointed it out, she refused to acknowledge the issue and insisted I pay $125 for a cut and color that clearly didn’t deliver.
