They changed the formula of their hair care system. I ordered before they made it public they were doing so. I got the new products when the old products and formula worked on my hair. When I emailed them about this, I never got a response. Unfortunately, bad service has started becoming a trend with a lot of black owned businesses. I will never spend another penny with them, and I'll make sure to tell everyone else the same.
I called several times to book an appointment I'm sooooo happy I didn't get a response until weeks later I would never book a service with this salon GEZZZZZ BW get it together please stop being dusty and unprofessional .

I’ve seen , heard and now experienced (before getting any kind of treatment that is!) how awful and unprofessional the behavior of this salon is. They NEVER answer the phone , you are forced to message BRANDI online via IG (which is beyond unprofessional, seeing as though this is her personal page and not a business page she is using to “sChEdUlE cLiEnTs”).
