Advertise to schedule appointment online which I did on a Tuesday for appointment on Friday. No call but got appointment denied email on Friday right before the appointment, no realiable.
When our yard work was started the contractor went on vacation and left only his crew to do the job. The third day of project no one showed up. Called contractor on his vacation at 1pm and was told they were having trouble getting the grass. The next day the grass showed up at 9 am and we were told to drop the grass in our driveway but no crew members showed up for 2 hours. Our grass sat in the hot sun and became brown. Update: After posting this review, Mark immediately came out. He has since followed up to make sure there are no issues. Sprinkler Management Dream Yards / Mark I’ve been trying to resolve a sprinkler issue since March 18, and unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. I first contacted Mark, who sent someone out the next day. They told my boyfriend (who met them at the house) that everything looked fine—but the system continued to leak.
