Lamentable esta compania. Marcamos un crucero de MSC, lamentablemente en la epoca de covid, una amiga de mi hija que venia con nosotros se enfermo de covid y no viajo. Nos indicaron hacer miles de tramites, de reclamos, en el crucero, antes de subir, dentro, al terminar el crucero, enviamos miles de reclamos por año, NUNCA nos devolvieron ni el dinero, ni crédito para un viaje futuro, NADA. UNA ESTAFA
