Truthfully, I just got off the phone with one of the agents and was not helped out much at all and the lady's tone made me want to not even go through them. I am not an experienced traveler at all and I did not feel like she wanted to help me out. I would have at least liked someone that was happy to see us get somewhere and would have been like I ha e options for you that we could see and go from there not just use what I have done myself... that's why i am calling, for help.
