Our experience with both the sellers and the listing agent was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The transaction was unnecessarily difficult, and during negotiations our offer (under contract) was used while other buyers continued to be pursued, creating an adversarial process that lacked the professionalism and good faith we expected.
