Bob Pratt is an excellent realtor and I highly recommend him and Dream Town. He spent TONS of time helping me discern what I wanted and what would be the best fit for me - no easy task since I was pretty indecisive most of the time. He clearly communicated, was always on time, and gave good, sound advice. Definitely someone you want on your side when home shopping.

I sent an initial e-mail to Dream Town Realty regarding our interest in property in Chicago with very specific requirements, namely, large dog friendly condo/townhouse on the first floor (our older golden has trouble with stairs ) in a very nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping and close to lake. Great place for first time home buyer! – Our realtor was Rachel D and she was awesome! It was our first time buying a home - and we are kind of picky! She took the time to get to know us and our interests, our budget and helped us find a way to make it all fit into what we were looking for.
